http://www.cbhd.org Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity is an excellent beginning site to understand current issues in medical ethics from a Judeo-Christian perspective.

http://www.cmdahome.org Christian Medical and Dental Association has a bioethics section that lays the groundwork for basic Christian positions in the various areas of current health care issues and dilemmas.

http://www.lindeboominstituut.nl. This site provides clear Christian postions on bioethiccal issues with from a Western European perspective.

www.biotechpolicy.org Reflections on Christian principles as they impact advances in biotechnology are found here. www.thecbc.org This is a good local California bay area resource site with some international items of interest.

http://www.llu.edu/llu/bioethics/ This site addresses clinical issues in medical ethics from an Seventh Day Adventist perspective.

http://www.georgetown.edu/research/kie/ Access to the National Bioethics Archives can be found in this site. Although not strictly utilitarian some approaches seem to find their basis there.

http://www.midbio.org/ The Midwest Bioethics Center integrates community into pragmatic approaches in crafting guidlelines and policies. Most of their interesting literature is availible for a nominal fee.

http://www.med.upenn.edu/bioethic/index.shtml The University of Pennsylvania site has outstanding discussions for those trying to understand what this filed is about. It also contains secular opinions on various bioethical dilemmas and is influential in public policy.
